Use cases

Which floor graphic is right for your job?

Four distinct jobs, four different specifications. We ask what your floor is made of, how long the graphic stays down, and what traffic it takes — then we specify upfront.

  • Floor stickers turn unused space into promotional real estate. We produce vinyl floor stickers for sale campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, in-store wayfinding, and brand messaging. Each piece is printed in full colour, contour-cut to any shape, and laminated with anti-slip overlaminate meeting R9 and R10 standards. Self-adhesive, applied directly to hard surfaces, removed cleanly when the campaign ends.

  • Warehouse floor marking is driven by health and safety regulation, not marketing. Pedestrian walkway separations, hazard zone indicators, fire exit routes, loading bay markers, and one-way system arrows are all compliance requirements that wear over time and need replacing. We specify materials rated for forklift and pallet truck traffic, not lightweight promotional vinyl. Floor marking carries the highest repeat-order value in our floor graphics range because it is ordered on a regulatory cycle. We supply materials that comply with HSE colour-coding standards and maintain colour vibrancy under warehouse lighting.

  • Floor decals turn blank venue space into branded real estate at trade shows, conferences, and product launches. We specify removable adhesive that lifts cleanly after the event with zero residue. This is essential for exhibition centres and hired venues that charge for surface damage. Directional wayfinding, sponsor branding, and product launch graphics, all contour-cut and anti-slip laminated.

  • Custom floor graphics are produced to any size and cut to any shape. There is no standard template. A 300mm directional arrow, a 10-metre branded walkway, a full photographic print covering an entire reception area. We produce it from your artwork or design it from your brief. Our in-house 2D and 3D designers handle complicated artwork and custom shapes. No minimum order.

Specifications

Which floor vinyl is right for your surface?

Getting the spec wrong causes installation failure or removal damage. We ask before we quote.

Different floor surfaces need different adhesive formulations and substrate weights. We specify correctly for each:

Polished tile (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone): smooth-surface high-tack adhesive.
Sealed wood and laminate: standard removable adhesive, clean release.
Concrete (sealed and unsealed): heavy-tack adhesive for textured surfaces.
Vinyl and linoleum flooring: low-tack adhesive to prevent lifting existing floor material.
Carpet: specialist carpet-grade vinyl with aggressive adhesive for fibrous surfaces.
Outdoor pavement (concrete, asphalt, paving slabs): heavy-duty outdoor vinyl with UV-stable laminate.

Getting the specification wrong causes installation failure or removal damage. We ask about your floor surface before quoting and specify the correct product upfront.

Every commercial graphic we produce for floor use is laminated with anti-slip overlaminate as standard. An unlaminated print on a walking surface is a liability.

R9: standard pedestrian areas (offices, retail, corridors).
R10: areas where wet conditions may occur (entrances, kitchens, bathrooms).
R11 to R13: specialist environments (oil-risk industrial, heavy manufacturing).

Anti slip floor stickers carry certification documentation per job. Facilities managers and H&S officers get the compliance evidence they need without chasing it.

We specify floor vinyl for its intended lifespan:

Temporary (1 day to 2 weeks): removable adhesive, clean peel, zero residue. Events, exhibitions, short promotions.
Medium-term (1 to 6 months): removable adhesive with stronger initial tack. Seasonal campaigns, medium-duration retail.
Permanent (6 months to 3+ years): permanent adhesive with heavy-duty 150-200 micron floor-grade vinyl and reinforced laminate. Safety markings, wayfinding, fixed branding.

Temporary and medium-term graphics peel by hand. Permanent graphics require heat for removal but leave no adhesive residue on properly sealed floors. We match the adhesive grade to your stated duration so removal is never a problem.

Installation

Our own fitters install across London

No referrals. The same crew that prints the job applies it on-site.

Our in-house fitting team installs across London. This is not a referral to a third party. Our fitters handle:

  • Floor surface cleaning and preparation
  • Precise positioning from layout plans
  • Bubble-free application using professional squeegees
  • Edge sealing on permanent installations
  • Post-installation photography for client records

For multi-surface sites (reception vinyl on polished tile, warehouse markings on sealed concrete, event branding on carpet, all in one building) we specify each zone separately and install the full project.

For sites outside London, we supply material ready to apply with full installation instructions. Call 020 7495 0421 to book a site survey or discuss your project.

How it works

How we produce your floor graphic

1

Brief us

Tell us the surface, the size, the duration, and the design. We ask the questions that matter before we quote.

2

We specify

Correct adhesive, substrate weight, and laminate grade matched to your floor surface and intended lifespan.

3

We produce

Printed on Epson SureColor, anti-slip laminated in-house, contour-cut on the CNC plotter. Same-day available.

4

We deliver or install

Collection from Mayfair W1 or Camden NW1, same-day London courier, or our fitting team installs on-site.

We hold 90% FSC-approved paper across our supply chain (Forest Stewardship Council International certified). Our 2029 Carbon Neutral commitment covers both studios. We partner with FirstMile Recycling for monthly waste reporting, and digital printing produces virtually zero waste — no plates, no chemical processing, minimal setup material. Removed floor vinyl, edge trim and laminate offcuts all go through FirstMile, not the skip.

Yes. Every commercial piece we produce is laminated with certified anti-slip overlaminate meeting R9 or R10 slip-resistance ratings as standard. R11 to R13 ratings are available for specialist environments including industrial and oil-risk areas. Certification documentation is provided with every job.

Polished tile, sealed wood, laminate, concrete (sealed and unsealed), vinyl flooring, linoleum, carpet, and outdoor pavement including asphalt and paving slabs. We specify the correct adhesive and substrate weight for each surface type. Walk into our Mayfair studio to see material samples for your specific surface.

From one day to three or more years depending on specification. Temporary graphics for events use removable adhesive and peel cleanly afterwards. Permanent-grade vinyl with heavy-duty laminate and reinforced adhesive lasts three years or more in pedestrian traffic areas.

Yes. Our CNC plotter contour-cuts to any outline including complex shapes, text, logos, and product silhouettes. There is no restriction on shape or size. A 300mm directional arrow or a 10-metre branded walkway — we cut both on the same machine.

Our in-house fitting team covers London and the South East. This includes surface preparation, precise positioning from layout plans, bubble-free application, and edge sealing on permanent installations. For sites outside London, we supply ready-to-apply graphics with installation instructions.

Yes. We produce heavy-duty outdoor vinyl with UV-stable laminate and aggressive adhesive designed for concrete, asphalt, and paving slabs. Outdoor specifications withstand foot traffic, weather exposure, and pressure washing.

Temporary and medium-term graphics peel cleanly by hand with zero residue. This includes floor marking tape and promotional vinyl. Permanent installations require a heat gun for removal but leave no adhesive residue on properly sealed surfaces. We specify the removal method when we quote.

Floor decals are printed vinyl applied to walking surfaces for branding, wayfinding, or promotional messaging at events and in retail environments. They serve the same function as stickers and graphics applied to walking surfaces. The term is most commonly used for event and exhibition applications where the application is temporary.
