3D Cardboard Engineering

Create a 3D scooter at 1:1 scale, made from wire-frame 3D sources obtained with public licence, we were able to import the skeleton model quickly and for free!

With bespoke "panelling software" offering various slicing options; either vertical, horizontal or a mixture of the two we could present the options available.

Once the panelling options were agreed we then provided photographic renders using the client’s supplied pattern so they could see exactly how the final product would look like.

Process: Print direct to 5mm card, router cut to shape, hand assemble.
